The educational cycle of a student walking with us consists of these 3 core growth-focused stages:
Stage 1: Encoding Knowledge into the Mind "Not through Rote, but through Logic"
During lessons, terms and rules are not directly written on the board to be memorized.
By asking the student questions like "Where does this rule come from?" and "Where do we encounter this in daily life?", the subject is anchored in logical foundations.
Stage 2: Process-Oriented Tracking and Justification Practice
Homework or question-solving sessions are never conducted with the mindset of "The answer is option C, let's move on."
The student is required to explain the logic behind every question they couldn't solve or struggled with by justifying it to their coach. In this way, they develop a reasoning mindset rather than a rote one.
Stage 3: Performance and Error Analysis (Progress Reporting)
Making mistakes in our system is not a failure; it is the most valuable learning data.
